Richard Williams

Founder & Lead Instructor

Richard D. Williams, is a mindfulness and compassion scholar, practitioner, and advocate supporting folks and their communities in healing and well-being toward liberation from suffering. He is a proud alumnus of Clark Atlanta University’s School of Education, Stanford University trained Ambassador of Applied Compassion and Alumni of the Compassionate Leadership and Resilience Training for Global Leaders program. He also holds a meditation facilitation certificate under the lineage of Althea Lawson-Thompson. He currently studies psychosocial change at the Nalanda Institute and Internal Family Systems psychotherapy with the IFS Institute. In his spare time, Richard is often hiking with his two dogs or having tea in his hammock on a nice day.
